The Dean of the College of Business at URI will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to enhance the reputation and impact of the business school. They will work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, alumni, and external partners to promote academic excellence, research growth, and student success. The Dean will be tasked with developing and implementing innovative programs and initiatives to support the goals of the strategic plan and elevate the college's national standing.The ideal candidate will possess a strong record of academic and administrative leadership, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a vision for advancing the college's mission and goals. They will have experience in fostering a culture of collaboration, entrepreneurship, and innovation within a higher education setting. The Dean will also be responsible for building relationships with external stakeholders, including industry partners, donors, and government agencies, to enhance the college's reputation and resources.
