The Faculty of Education is seeking an inaugural Dean to lead the development and management of current programs, contribute to establishing a vision for the future, and ensure the smooth operation and academic development of the Faculty. Reporting to the Vice-Rector, Academic and Research, the Dean will play a central role in ensuring that study programs are innovative, produce high-quality graduates, and contribute to training leaders in society. As a member of the University's leadership team and Senate, the Dean will provide campus-wide leadership, collaborate with peers, and advise on the strategic development of the Faculty and the University as a whole.The Dean will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with external partners associated with the Faculty of Education, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within the University. The successful candidate will need to have strong leadership skills, a strategic vision for academic development, and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
