The client is seeking a Culture & Talent Lead to shape and drive organizational culture toward a high-performance, agile, and inclusive environment. This strategic role will foster diversity, embed agile ways of working, and ensure the development of capabilities needed to meet current and future business challenges. It will lead efforts that support a collaborative, people-centric culture and long-term organizational impact.
Responsibilities include leading cultural transformation initiatives, such as designing leadership frameworks, change management strategies, and internal communication plans. The role will champion the adoption and scaling of agile methodologies, with an emphasis on OKR-based ways of working, coaching teams, facilitating key rituals, and enabling leadership alignment. It will also define and execute talent management strategies covering talent acquisition, succession planning, development programs, and performance management.
The Culture & Talent Lead will orchestrate implementation of a Skill-Based Organization approach focused on future skills, integrating learning and development activities to build company-wide career paths. The role will drive diversity and inclusion strategy across recruitment, development, and retention processes, and will influence key stakeholders to secure buy-in for transformation, talent, and culture initiatives. The successful applicant will typically hold a degree in a related field and bring proven experience across cultural transformation, talent management, agile transformation, and diversity and inclusion in complex multinational settings, along with strong leadership, influencing, communication, and change management capabilities, and fluency in English and Spanish.
