the client is a real estate organization based in Dubai that is initiating a new venture to tokenize real estate using blockchain technology. As part of this initiative, the client is launching a dedicated crypto fund alongside its existing fiat funds, and is seeking a visionary leader to head the newly established crypto department and shape and execute the organization’s blockchain strategy.
The role will lead the development and implementation of initiatives involving blockchain, NFTs, tokenization, and smart contracts. It will also oversee the creation of a user-facing online presence, crypto wallets, and efforts to build and engage an online community. In addition, the position is expected to draft a whitepaper and support engagement with the relevant regulatory landscape to obtain appropriate licenses, and to launch a proprietary coin while building a sustainable, investor-friendly ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will be a driven professional with proven leadership experience in the crypto space, ideally in senior executive or director-level roles.
