Description

The client is seeking a CRM Marketing Executive to join its expanding membership-led organization. The role involves working within a growing CRM and lifecycle team, focused on multi-channel CRM campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys. Key responsibilities include building and deploying lifecycle, transactional, and promotional campaigns across various channels, supporting automated onboarding, renewal, and win-back programs, and developing reusable templates and modular designs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and adapting clear and consistent campaign copy, keeping content up to date, supporting segmentation and personalization, and assisting with campaign reporting and analysis to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing role and hands-on experience with the Braze platform. A strong ability to build journeys, templates, and multi-channel campaigns is essential, along with attention to detail in areas like QA, segmentation, and personalization. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. While copywriting experience is not required, confidence in editing and adapting messaging is necessary for success in this role.

This position offers hands-on exposure to advanced marketing automation within a growing team, providing opportunities to enhance technical CRM skills and lifecycle marketing expertise. The role also offers the flexibility of remote working. Candidates must be eligible to work without sponsorship as sponsorship is not available for this role.
