Join the client as a CRM/Data Executive on a growing, data-focused team supporting impactful multi-channel campaigns. The role centers on managing and improving a large, evolving database, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering insights that help drive client engagement and communication strategies. You will work collaboratively with internal teams where your contributions have visible impact.
Key responsibilities include building and managing targeted contact lists for email campaigns, outreach, and direct communications; maintaining and updating a central CRM database while ensuring data quality and integrity; and carrying out data cleansing and de-duplication to improve database performance. You will also produce clear, client-ready reports using charts, graphs, and data visualisations, and support inbox management by resolving user queries related to account setup and access. Collaboration across teams is essential to deliver accurate, timely data outputs.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience working with data in a fast-paced environment, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and data manipulation. You should be experienced in data cleaning, matching, and maintaining large datasets, with strong attention to detail and an organised approach. Confident communication and the ability to work collaboratively are required, and experience with email service providers such as Mailchimp or similar tools is beneficial.
