We are seeking a Creative Director who combines creative vision with hands-on execution. In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with Marketing and Creative leadership to define and evolve a brand’s visual identity across packaging, retail, ecommerce, paid media, and social. You will translate brand strategy into cohesive, commercially effective creative direction, ensuring the brand feels consistent across every touchpoint.
Responsibilities include owning and evolving the brand’s visual identity across packaging, digital, print, retail, and paid channels; developing and maintaining design systems and creative guidelines to ensure consistency; and leading visual development for key product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives. You will lead packaging structural and graphic design from concept through production-ready execution, oversee materials, finishes, dielines, print production, and vendor workflows, and ensure packaging delivers both strong shelf presence and brand consistency.
You will maintain creative excellence across ecommerce, retail, paid media, social, and in-store environments, collaborating with product development, copywriting, marketing, and studio teams to bring concepts to life and guide campaign creative through launch. You will also lead, mentor, and develop designers; review and approve creative work to uphold high standards; and manage multiple launches and priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and project management. The role typically requires 8+ years of design experience with significant packaging experience, 3+ years of experience leading creative teams, and a strong portfolio covering packaging, brand systems, and production-ready execution, along with expertise in packaging design and production processes, ecommerce and retail/paid/soc ial creative, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience leveraging emerging tools such as AI may be beneficial.
