The client seeks a Creative Director for a full-time, direct-hire role within an event management and experiential marketing organization. This executive-level position contributes to long-term organizational strategic goals, helps build key customer relationships through unique creative offerings, and supports the identification of new business opportunities by maintaining strong knowledge of the event and experiential marketing industry and current market conditions.
The Creative Director will work closely with ownership, sales, marketing, strategic planning, and other internal teams to develop new creative product offerings that increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue. Responsibilities include crafting innovative live and digital events and experiences for diverse audiences; overseeing the creative and design department while partnering with sales to develop creative campaigns for clients; and using strategic insights and research to power campaigns and activations with the aim of maximizing effectiveness and engagement.
The ideal profile includes agency experience with a strong understanding of both branding and events, demonstrated leadership and team management experience, and proven abilities in strategic ideation and conceptual development. The role typically requires 8+ years of creative advertising and marketing experience in an agency environment, a proven portfolio of successful campaigns, deep expertise in experiential marketing and events, and the ability to refine concepts generated by the team and help present and sell ideas to clients. Bilingual Spanish and English is expected, and experience marketing lifestyle brands to millennial consumers is appreciated.
