A client is hiring a Creative Director to support an internal creative team, providing hands-on creative leadership across brand, digital, social, and integrated marketing campaigns. The role focuses on turning strategy into compelling creative work while partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality outputs across regional and global markets.
You will lead creative direction for global and regional marketing campaigns, conceiving and developing social-first creative for digital, video, OOH, and brand channels. You will translate insights, data, and strategy into creative executions, present and confidently sell ideas to senior stakeholders, and collaborate with marketing, media, analytics, program teams, and external agencies. You will also use AI and emerging tools to improve creative development and output.
Ideal candidates typically bring 10+ years of creative experience in an in-house creative team or a top-tier agency, with strong art direction capabilities and deep experience across digital and social campaigns. A strong portfolio demonstrating brand, campaign, and social-first work is required, along with solid stakeholder management and presentation skills. Experience working across major brands and international or regional campaigns is expected, and familiarity with the India market is highly preferred; fluency in English and portfolio submission are required.
