Lead strong scale-up and growth planning for the client’s operations in Poland as part of an international organization expanding dynamically. The role assumes full responsibility for country operations, with significant impact on strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and the development of local structures. You will oversee the Country P&L, managing revenues, margins, costs, and overall performance.
Drive business growth by scaling operations, increasing market share, and expanding into new locations and/or segments. Own sales development through building effective sales strategies, maximizing conversion, and actively supporting sales teams. Define and execute growth strategies to meet ambitious commercial targets, while analyzing the local market, competition, and trends to ensure a competitive offering and pricing approach.
Build, inspire, and develop the team with a culture of ownership and accountability, implementing clear, measurable KPIs and monitoring them on a monthly basis. Ensure a best-in-class customer experience, identify new sales opportunities such as cross-sell and upsell, and expand the network of locations in collaboration with business partners. Work closely with headquarters and regional functions including finance, legal, and IT, represent the organization externally through senior-level networking and market intelligence, and recommend strategic actions based on performance results; English fluency is required.
