Responsibilities include managing budgets and ensuring efficient use of available resources, representing the company in strategic meetings and industry events, and developing strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners. The position will also monitor market performance and propose initiatives to improve competitiveness, while ensuring adherence to company policies and local regulations.
The successful candidate is expected to have a professional degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, along with proven experience leading operations in the technology and telecommunications sector. Strong familiarity with enterprise systems implementation (such as ERP and CRM), experience in consulting and digital transformation, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams are required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, up-to-date knowledge of the Peruvian market and its dynamics, and advanced English proficiency (oral and written) are also required.
