The client is hiring a Country Manager to oversee the development and operational management of its United States business across retail, e-commerce, and B2B. The role is accountable for P&L performance and will support retail growth including one store opening and additional openings anticipated soon. The Country Manager will collaborate closely with retail partner operational teams based in Miami, along with franchise and U.S. teams and e-commerce and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities include implementing brand strategy and conducting competitive intelligence while managing elements of the brand marketing mix to help leadership and the retail partner adapt the concept to the U.S. market. The Country Manager will coordinate and ensure smooth delivery of marketing and promotional plans, develop operational plans, and refine assortment proposals by category in line with financial objectives and stock constraints.
