The client, a global non-profit organization focused on education in Indonesia, is seeking a Country Head with an ed-tech background to lead their operations in the country. The successful candidate will report to the global VP and will be responsible for starting, scaling, and growing the business in Indonesia. Key responsibilities include developing channels within educational institutes, implementing technology solutions, generating new business opportunities, recruiting and coaching team members, and building connections with government agencies.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in a fast-paced company, with prior experience in growing a company significantly. A background in ed-tech is preferred, along with a passion for education and experience working with government officials. Fluency in Bahasa and English is required, as well as strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. The successful applicant will be a self-starter with a drive to achieve results and work within tight deadlines.
