Own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue growth through pipeline creation and the closing of high-value enterprise deals. You will also lead government and enterprise tender activities, ensure high-quality delivery of projects, manage risks, and maintain senior client relationships to improve customer satisfaction and grow long-term accounts.
Oversee all country operations, ensuring regulatory and corporate compliance while implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability. Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team, driving talent development and cultivating a collaborative, accountable culture, with expectations for strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities; relevant experience in enterprise technology and related domains, including prior country or business unit leadership with P&L ownership, is typically expected.
