The Director will be responsible for leading complex corporate tax engagements, advising clients on strategic tax matters, and contributing to the firm's tax offering development. This role requires overseeing tax computations and returns, maintaining high technical standards, and providing strategic advice on restructurings, transactions, group planning, and business growth. Additionally, the Director will drive business development, support new client relationships, and contribute to proposals and pitches, ensuring strong client satisfaction and identifying cross-service opportunities.
Qualifications for this role include CTA, ACA, or ACCA certification and significant post-qualification experience in corporate or business tax within an accountancy practice.
