The client is seeking a Corporate Tax Director to join their growing Southern tax team in Cambridge. The role involves providing tax advice to local and international businesses, working closely with the tax team to deliver exceptional service. The Corporate Tax Director will have access to UK tax specialists and will work on a variety of complex matters for middle market clients, including family-owned businesses, private equity companies, and start-ups.
Key responsibilities for the role include building new client relationships, identifying opportunities in the market, and leading projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have expert tax knowledge, hold ACA and/or CTA qualifications, and have experience in business development and project management. They must also stay up-to-date with changes in tax law and legislation to provide clients with the latest tax advice.
The successful candidate for this role will be a tax expert with experience in working collaboratively with tax professionals to provide top-notch advice to clients. They will have a strong understanding of UK tax laws and complex tax issues facing businesses. The Corporate Tax Director will also have a proven track record in business development, leadership, and project management, as well as proficiency in using technology to manage client relationships.
