This role is about building meaningful partnerships that create real opportunities for talented people. It focuses on long-term, trust-based collaboration rather than transactional sales. This role is well suited if you bring corporate experience and are interested in partnership work, even if youve never seen yourself as a sales person. What youll do: Establish, build and nurture relationships with existing and new partner companies and ensure strong collaboration over time. Coordinate interview and internship processes between companies and participants. Help shape events and formats where participants and companies meet. Help improve how we work with partners by strengthening processes, reporting and strategic direction. Represent Powercoders at selected conferences, HR and industry events and engage with partners in relevant networks.

This role is for you if you enjoy working with people and organisations and building trust over time. Like combining communication, coordination and strategic thinking. Are comfortable working independently in a flexible, role-based setup. Bring experience from a corporate, consulting, HR, business development, project or coordination role. German at professional level (C1/C2) and fluent English (French is a plus). Are looking for purpose-driven work with real-world impact.
