Description

The client is seeking a Corporate Marketing Director to build and lead a unified marketing function that shapes how customers experience and engage with the organization’s brand. In this role, you will bring together existing state-level digital campaigns and marketing committee efforts into a cohesive, data-driven strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across a multi-state footprint. You will partner closely with state managers and state sales managers to identify target customer segments, refine how the organization reaches and communicates with them, and elevate customer experience through insight-driven marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals and growth priorities within the property and casualty business. You will oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity, and lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels. You will manage digital marketing and performance initiatives, leveraging activities such as SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and website performance to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.

You will use market research, customer insights, and feedback to inform marketing strategies and lead initiatives that enhance customer experience and satisfaction. The role also requires cross-functional collaboration with sales, underwriting, product, customer service, and state leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives, along with budget oversight to ensure efficient resource allocation and strong ROI. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, along with 8+ years of expanded marketing experience and 3+ years in a marketing leadership role; property and casualty insurance industry experience is strongly preferred, as is a proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution.
