The ideal candidate will have a degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline, with a background in investment banking or Big 4 transactions combined with in-house or buy-side exposure. Expertise in FMCG or consumer-related product categories within the retail industry is a must, along with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities, a passion for sustainability, and proficiency in English and Mandarin are also required.
