the client is hiring for a Corporate Finance role focused on leading complex financial due diligence projects across buy-side and sell-side transactions in the national market. responsibilities include supervising in-depth economic and financial analysis such as the sustainability of results, EBITDA quality, working capital, and debt structure; identifying risks and opportunities and delivering clear, decision-oriented conclusions; directing valuation work, financial models, and review of business plans; and contributing to Debt Advisory mandates through analysis of financing structure, debt alternatives, and repayment capacity.
the role will also support senior client relationships by acting as a technical and strategic reference in Corporate Finance. you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, rigor, and adherence to deadlines, while driving business development through proposals, opportunity identification, and active participation in pitches. strong ownership of project profitability and effective management of projects under your responsibility is expected.
the successful applicant will typically have at least 10–12 years of experience in Corporate Finance, preferably within professional services firms or banks, with a strong track record leading financial due diligence, valuations, and/or Debt Advisory assignments. required qualifications include advanced financial modeling and analytical skills (including valuation, business plans, and debt analysis), deep knowledge of financial statements and key metrics (including results quality, working capital, and financing structure), and experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams. the position favors demonstrated client-facing capability with senior stakeholders, strong leadership and mentoring skills, the ability to generate business and prepare proposals, advanced English (valued), and relevant education in business, economics, engineering or a similar field, with additional finance-related certifications also valued.
