Description

Join the corporate finance team of a large, growing organization with a significant international presence. The role partners closely with Finance, executive management, and operating company finance teams, and is expected to be hands-on and enterprise-focused. You will lead and develop a corporate finance team of three direct reports and own enterprise-wide finance activities across multiple corporate entities, with responsibilities evolving as the organization scales.

You will lead the enterprise planning cycle end-to-end, including timelines, assumptions, templates, governance, and review cadence for annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning. The position owns consolidation of the enterprise plan and forecast, producing a coherent company-wide view by translating results across business units and corporate functions. You will build decision-ready reporting packages for senior leadership and governance stakeholders, act as the central node connecting business unit finance teams to align standards and submissions, and own planning, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for corporate and functional cost centers. You will also translate trends in revenue, margin, cost, working capital, and productivity into clear risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.

Qualifications include 12+ years of progressive finance experience spanning FP&A, corporate planning, commercial finance, and/or operational finance leadership. The role typically requires a proven track record leading enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and performance analysis in a complex, multi–business unit environment. Background in industrial manufacturing, packaging, materials, chemicals, equipment, distribution, or other asset-based B2B settings is expected, while candidates without such industrial exposure may be less aligned. The ideal candidate is enterprise-minded, analytically rigorous, and process-disciplined, capable of operating at the level of the CFO, CEO, and board or sponsor stakeholders, with current direct reporting to a CFO anticipated.
