The client is seeking a corporate development professional to lead end-to-end M&A execution. The role will support the client’s strategic growth initiatives by managing the full transaction process and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders throughout deal activity.
The ideal candidate will have experience across investment banking, corporate development, and/or private equity, with familiarity with industrials-focused transactions. This background should enable the candidate to evaluate opportunities, drive deal momentum, and contribute to informed decision-making across the M&A lifecycle.
The position reports to the Head of Corporate Development and is expected to take ownership of the execution process from initial stages through completion. The client will prioritize a candidate who can manage complex transactions, communicate effectively with internal teams, and execute with a disciplined, professional approach.
