We are seeking a Corporate Development Director to support a client’s corporate development strategy, focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals within the healthcare sector. This role will help drive business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution, partnering closely with senior leadership and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing corporate strategies to support growth, identifying and evaluating strategic partnership opportunities, and leading the assessment of mergers, acquisitions, and disposals. The role will manage cross-functional teams to execute high-impact initiatives, conduct market analysis to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities, and prepare and present business cases and recommendations to stakeholders.
The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and financial modeling, along with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. They will be able to drive complex projects from concept through execution and demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, typically supported by relevant education and a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes while ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory and governance requirements.
