The role will collaborate with internal functions, including investor relations, legal, and finance, to ensure communications align with financial goals and relevant reporting needs. The successful candidate will enhance the company’s brand image and reputation through strategic campaigns and will serve as a key advisor on the organization’s strategic communication plan, including at board level. In addition, the role will manage crisis communication planning and responses to help protect the company’s interests.
Applicants are expected to have a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field from a reputable university. Proven experience gained in an international environment, preferably within real estate (such as property development, property management, property investment, or investment funds), is desired. The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership and stakeholder management experience within complex structures, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of communication professionals.
