Lead institutional strategy and external communications for the client group. The role focuses on strengthening the client’s reputation and maintaining its license to operate with key stakeholders, through coordinated positioning and proactive engagement with relevant audiences.
Manage institutional relationships by developing and maintaining connections with public entities, business chambers, sector associations, regulators, and local communities. Monitor the regulatory and political environment, identify institutional risks and opportunities, and coordinate the group’s positions on important topics. Oversee external communications activities, including corporate narrative development, media and press management, drafting institutional statements, reputational crisis management, and supervision of spokespeople and key messages.
Maintain and protect the client’s institutional reputation and brand. The successful candidate will typically hold a university degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, and will have strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. They are expected to have knowledge of local regulations and procedures in the context of institutional relations.
