The Coordinator General, Land Delivery is responsible for strategically coordinating and mobilizing government land in order to maximize housing, growth, and public value outcomes in Victoria. This role serves as the central point of contact for significant land-related projects, overseeing the development and management of a whole-of-government land pipeline. This includes identifying surplus land and creating pathways to facilitate its timely use and development. The Coordinator General provides expert advice on complex land issues, enhances policy and delivery processes, and unlocks surplus government land to support housing supply and other Government priorities.In addition to managing the government land pipeline, the Coordinator General, Land Delivery plays a key role in strengthening policy and delivery pathways related to land use. By unlocking surplus government land, this position helps to support housing supply and advance broader Government priorities and commitments. The Coordinator General's work is crucial in ensuring that government land is utilized effectively to meet the needs of Victoria's growing population and to maximize public value outcomes.
