The client is seeking a finance controller leader to oversee the financial structure of a holding company in an expansion phase within the services sector, operating across multiple companies with consolidated financial reporting. The role focuses on strengthening financial governance, standardizing processes, and enabling structured decision-making at a strategic level.
Key responsibilities include leading the controllership function, managing consolidated financial reporting across group companies, and designing, standardizing, and improving accounting and management close processes. The role will also run budgeting and forecasting cycles, perform financial performance analyses, and implement and reinforce internal controls, financial governance policies, and practices to ensure reliable, timely information.
The position will support the CFO and unit leadership in strategic decisions and resource allocation, manage consolidated cash flow and key financial KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, routines, and systems. The successful candidate will have solid controllership experience, preferably in holding or multi-company environments and in services, practical experience with the Omie system, a proven track record in process structuring during growth, and an analytical, results-oriented profile, including leadership experience developing teams and a background in accounting, administration, economics, or related fields.
