The client is seeking a Controller to lead global accounting, financial reporting, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep manufacturing accounting experience, with strong cost accounting and inventory expertise. They should also demonstrate a proven ability to lead global finance teams in complex, multi-entity environments, and possess the skills needed to implement scalable accounting practices that align with organizational growth and acquisition activity.
