The client is seeking a Contract Business Immigration Attorney for a remote role. The position focuses on handling high-volume business immigration matters involving EB-1, NIW, NIV, and related case types, with responsibility for managing active caseloads and supporting case development from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include handling Requests for Evidence and responding to RFE notices, preparing and drafting immigration case materials, and supporting a team through consistent remote collaboration. The role will involve daily communication with team members to ensure cases move forward efficiently and that required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
The successful applicant will have a JD or LLM and be admitted to a US State Bar. Experience with EB-1, NIW, and NIV business immigration matters, including responding to RFEs, is required, along with strong writing skills and the ability to multitask while staying connected in a team-based remote environment.
