The successful applicant will have a JD or LLM and be admitted to the U.S. State Bar or have pending admission. Experience with broad-based business immigration matters, particularly H-1B, IV, and NIV, is required, along with excellent writing skills, strong case management abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
