Description

The client is seeking a Consulting Director to enable commercial and operational success, growth, and value creation. The role is responsible for keeping complex, multi-stream programmes of work on scope, on budget, and commercially sound, with a wide brief covering commercial and financial management, engagement design and solution architecture, operational governance, client management and delivery, and business development across the firm’s most complex engagements.

This position focuses primarily on client engagements based in the UK and US. The role requires a passion for value creation and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex group dynamics, particularly in high-level discussions with CEOs and boards of larger organisations.

Candidates should bring significant experience in a senior strategy consulting role supporting B2B businesses, including a demonstrated ability to manage a P&L and apply a structured approach to budgeting and forecasting. Deep knowledge of B2B business models—such as digital media, events, marketing services, and subscriptions—is expected, along with recent experience managing and growing clients and driving business development in the media and closely related sectors. The role is permanent and the client is on a rapid growth trajectory.
