The Company Secretary is responsible for overseeing the governance and compliance functions of The Company, ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met. This includes managing board meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating papers, and maintaining accurate records of discussions and decisions. The role also involves providing strategic advice to the Chair, CEO, and Executive Team on governance, integrity, risk management, and regulatory matters.The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership skills, sound judgement, and the ability to handle sensitive and complex issues with professionalism and discretion. They must be able to work closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Team to ensure that The Company meets its legislative and strategic obligations. The Company Secretary will play a key role in supporting the Chief Executive Officer in driving The Company forward and ensuring that it operates in a compliant and ethical manner.
