This role involves overseeing a team of three employees and ensuring that communication strategies related to press, media, digital channels, social media, sustainability, and asset management are effectively executed. The Head of Communications plays a crucial role in translating the organization's strategies and development agenda into clear and trustworthy messages targeted towards stakeholders such as savers, media, political decision-makers, partners, and financial market players. Additionally, this position involves acting as a senior advisor to the CEO, being part of the organization's management team, and providing continuous communication updates to the board.The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in communications, with experience in leading and developing communication strategies in a dynamic environment. They should possess excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team and ensure efficient coordination of communication efforts across various channels.
