The client is seeking an Omnichannel Commercial Director (m/w/d) for a leadership role based in Hamburg, focused on driving growth within a pan-European omnichannel key account. The position leads the strategic and operational development of the account to achieve sustainable revenue and profit growth, with full responsibility for commercial performance, including sales, profitability, and pricing, as well as integrated activation strategies to strengthen demand and customer loyalty.
The role manages cross-country customer strategies, leads central negotiations, and ensures consistent execution of joint business and growth plans across markets. Responsibilities include optimizing omnichannel performance across relevant touchpoints such as e-commerce, digital and in-store visibility, media, and conversion, using data-driven approaches to increase market share, while collaborating closely with international, cross-functional teams to promote effective cooperation and share best practices.
The client will support the development of strategic relationships with key decision-makers to position the company as a preferred partner and identify new growth opportunities. The position expects regular travel within Europe to align with stakeholders and markets, and requires a degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification or an equivalent commercial background, along with solid experience in key account management in the consumer goods sector and strong stakeholder and negotiation skills; fluency in German and English is expected.
