The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will conduct market analyses, advise clients on commercial real estate transactions, negotiate deals, and maintain excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with tenants, landlords, vendors, and purchasers to facilitate successful commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on both serving existing markets and developing new ones.
Candidates should have strong sales skills and a customer service orientation, along with excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Experience in commercial real estate is preferred but not required, and the role is well-suited to someone who works independently, manages multiple clients, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
