Description

Drive the global brand journey and help shape the company’s future growth as a senior brand and commercial leader. This role holds full ownership of a branded P&L, guiding market and channel prioritisation, pricing architecture, distribution expansion, and activation strategy across European and international markets. Key outcomes include branded revenue, profit, and market share growth; brand equity and awareness; innovation success rate and speed to market; distribution gains and customer retention; marketing and trade ROI; forecast accuracy; and working-capital efficiency.

Own and execute the growth strategy across European and international markets by setting market, channel, and customer priorities for profitable expansion. Represent the consumer and market perspective within senior leadership and lead brand plans, commercial forecasts, pricing strategy, and trade investment allocation. Oversee competitive analysis, category reviews, consumer insight programs, and performance dashboards, while leading brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and portfolio architecture. Manage integrated marketing campaigns and trade communications, ensuring packaging, POS materials, and digital touchpoints remain aligned with brand identity.

Lead the innovation pipeline for branded and private-label products, managing concept creation, consumer validation, packaging development, and line extensions while ensuring projects meet margin, operational, and sustainability requirements. Deliver annual revenue, volume, margin, and market share goals, and lead distributor negotiations, retail listings, and expansion in high-potential markets. Oversee pricing, margin management, product mix optimisation, and stock management; improve forecast accuracy and customer service levels; and manage Brand, Innovation, Communication, and Branded Sales teams by hiring, mentoring, and developing talent. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Production to support demand planning and execution, represent the company at trade fairs and customer meetings, and bring a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with MBA preferred, alongside 15+ years of progressive marketing and commercial leadership experience in FMCG (food or beverage preferred). Fluency in Italian and English is required, with additional languages an advantage; experience building consumer brands across multiple European markets, managing branded P&Ls, leading multifunctional teams, and demonstrating strong financial acumen are expected.
