The Vice President of Advancement (VPA) will be responsible for leading our client's largest campaign to date, aimed at expanding resources for financial aid, supporting faculty and programs, and sustaining campus facilities. The VPA will need to have a strong understanding of advancement best practices and a clear vision for the future of the Advancement division. They will oversee various departments within Advancement, including Operations, Alumni Engagement, Events, Donor Engagement, Stewardship, and the Skidmore Fund, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities.The successful candidate will lead a talented and motivated staff, driving the campaign to achieve its goals and secure resources for the college's future success. They will need to have experience in fundraising and donor engagement, as well as a commitment to ensuring all students have access to a transformative education at our client. The VPA will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the college and ensuring its continued impact on a global scale.
