Our client is looking for a Co-opted Lay Member to join its Audit and Risk Committee as part of its global strategy. This committee is essential in providing assurance on governance, risk management, internal control, and financial reporting to the University's Board of Governors. As a co-opted member, you will be responsible for bringing independent judgement, professional insight, and constructive challenge to ensure the University's integrity, resilience, and long-term success.The ideal candidate will have experience in audit, risk management, or financial reporting, as well as a strong understanding of governance principles.
