The client represents a unique approach to psychosocial counseling for refugees. We work in clients native languages, in a transcultural way, and with counselors who themselves have refugee or migration experience. Our goal is not only stabilization but also self-determination, dignity, and social participation. After an intensive development phase, we are now evolving the organization further. Due to the retirement of the current Managing Director, an exciting opportunity has arisen. We are therefore looking for two leaders to form a tandem Co-Managing Director role, starting October 1, 2026, or by agreement.
