Dachverband Schweizer Jugendparlamente (DSJ) is a politically neutral competence center for civic education and political participation of young people. Our goal is to inspire youth to engage with politics through initiatives like easyvote and engage.ch, providing information and participation opportunities within the Swiss political system. We conduct foundational work in civic education and political participation, generating knowledge and sharing insights with the public.
As the Co-Executive Director and Member of the Executive Management at DSJ, you will lead a team of about 40 full-time employees and 20 hourly employees with an annual budget of approximately CHF 3.2 million. Responsibilities include managing the organization, developing ideas for its growth, working with the board on strategic direction, and ensuring core funding through subsidy agreements. Ideal candidates will have proven leadership experience, fundraising skills, and a strong understanding of Swiss political processes.
