The role will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives, using market trends and consumer insights to identify and pursue growth opportunities for the Philippines market.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing a large team of marketing professionals, building growth strategies through digital channels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment. The role will also manage and optimize the marketing budget to support maximum ROI and work closely with external agencies and partners to enhance brand visibility.
