Description

The client is seeking a Clinical Director for Outpatient Behavioral Health to lead care for children, adolescents, and young adults in outpatient settings. The role focuses on supporting therapists and a multidisciplinary team to help clients build skills to manage mood, thinking, and behaviors, supporting resiliency and healing at home, school, and in the community.

The Clinical Director will provide supervision to Behavioral Health Therapists and oversee outpatient clinic administrative functions. Responsibilities include supporting evidence-based treatment delivery within an outpatient behavioral health clinic, school, and/or virtual context; ensuring services are efficient and aligned with organizational quality standards and applicable licensing and payor regulations; and helping evaluate community needs to develop programs in line with the client’s strategic plan. The position works collaboratively with leadership to implement integrated treatment models and services and supervises Behavioral Health Outpatient Team Members.

Qualified candidates will have a master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or a related field, and be a licensed mental health professional (such as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) and must qualify as a mental health professional. Experience working with children and families with diverse cultures and with children who have disabilities is required, along with supervisory experience.
