The client is seeking a Clinical Director for Transformation to join their team. This role will involve leading the Clinical Transformation Directorate to redesign care pathways, reduce variation, and implement digital solutions to enhance safety and quality of care. The Clinical Director will work closely with senior clinical leaders to ensure that service redesign is evidence-based, co-produced with service users and carers, and aligned with national best practices. This position requires a senior mental health professional with full professional registration and significant leadership experience, as well as a commitment to equality, diversity, and co-production.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating consistent clinical pathways across localities and integrated care systems. They will oversee transformation programmes and strategic clinical collaboratives, while also providing support for the development of clinical policy and promoting a culture of learning and improvement. The role includes leadership and management responsibilities, as well as dedicated time for clinical care and professional development. The client is looking for a candidate who can work collaboratively with system partners to deliver high-quality, joined-up care and support the development of clinical staff through multi-professional working.
