The client is seeking a voluntary, unpaid board member to join their organization based in Ireland. This role involves participating in the Board of Directors for a service that provides national support through telephone and web chat, offering confidential and impartial information on civil and social rights to the public. The successful candidate will be part of a team that contributes social policy input and supports various advocacy and referral services. Key responsibilities will include regular board meetings and involvement in sub-committees focused on finance, human resources, nominations, and service delivery.
