The Childrens Minister is responsible for providing leadership and direction for ministry to children and their families, from birth through 5th grade. This role requires the ability to manage and inspire both staff and volunteer teams, with a focus on building strong relationships. The primary purpose of the role is to develop and lead an effective discipleship program that partners with parents to nurture children in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
