The SVP, Chief Transformation and Integration Officer will work closely with the President and CEO to develop and implement a standardized operating system to enhance care delivery and access across our client's organization. They will lead the integration of new sites and services as part of the organization's growth strategy, overseeing the Project Management Office and guiding the annual planning process. This executive will drive process improvement initiatives and establish a sustainable care delivery model, with a focus on implementing Lean methodologies to optimize efficiency and quality. They will also champion value-based initiatives to align operational improvements with financial performance, creating a unified framework for sustainable results.In partnership with the EVP, Chief Operating Officer, the SVP will play a key role in transforming and integrating our client's operations to ensure accessible, efficient, and high-quality care.
