the client is seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to help lead the company through its next phase of rapid growth. This executive role will shape and drive the organization’s technology strategy, bringing advanced robotics and automation solutions to market. The CTO will serve as a trusted technical advisor to executive leadership and is expected to present technology direction and engineering updates to the board and investors.

The CTO will develop and execute long-term technology and product strategy, scale multidisciplinary engineering functions, and guide product development from concept through commercialization and large-scale manufacturing. Responsibilities include building and mentoring high-performing engineering leaders, establishing engineering processes and development standards to support continued growth, and recruiting and retaining exceptional engineering talent. Strong executive communication skills and experience presenting to boards, investors, and senior stakeholders are important, along with demonstrated ability to manage technology planning and engineering roadmaps. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field is expected, with advanced study preferred.
