The client is seeking a technology executive to provide strategic leadership for global technology and digital transformation. The role will develop and execute an enterprise technology vision aligned with business growth goals, partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience, and advise senior stakeholders on technology trends, investments, innovation, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. The position will also lead enterprise-wide modernization initiatives to support future growth ambitions.
Key responsibilities include establishing and driving an enterprise AI and automation strategy, identifying and implementing practical use cases for generative AI, machine learning, analytics, and intelligent automation, and using technology and data to improve decision-making, productivity, service delivery, and customer engagement. The role will create governance frameworks to support responsible, compliant, and secure AI adoption, evaluate emerging technologies for business impact, and oversee enterprise applications modernization across major platforms and business systems. It will support cloud-first and migration efforts for legacy environments, enable process streamlining through automation and integration, and ensure global operational consistency with reliable business insights.
The successful candidate will oversee global technology operations, including infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, cybersecurity, service management, and disaster recovery, ensuring platforms remain secure, resilient, and efficient. They will establish architecture, security, compliance, and risk-management standards; monitor and improve service delivery performance using appropriate controls and metrics; and manage the global technology budget to ensure investments deliver measurable value. The role also includes leading vendor selection and partnerships, building and developing a high-performing global technology organization, and supporting technology adoption and change management.
