the client seeks a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead technology at a pivotal time as it expands its societal role and undertakes bold internal technology transformation initiatives, including the growing influence of AI. The CTO will help drive enterprise-wide technology, data, and AI strategies that support the client’s mission and advance its ongoing digital transformation efforts.
Reporting to the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (EVP & COO), the CTO will lead a mission-oriented technology team and oversee the strategy, planning, coordination, management, architecture, security, and operations of the organization’s technology environment. Working closely with leaders across the client, the CTO will ensure alignment across technology priorities, strengthen organizational capabilities, and serve as a key liaison between technology, leadership, and teams to maximize impact and best support the client’s program goals.
The CTO will act as an educator, collaborator, and capacity builder by promoting technology adoption and strengthening technology and data literacy. The role emphasizes a service-oriented approach that connects technological capabilities to programmatic needs while supporting change management and effective execution of transformation initiatives.
