The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will be responsible for overseeing technology infrastructure at our client, including traditional areas as well as developing a hybrid cloud environment. Reporting to the Chief Information & Digital Officer, the CTO will conduct a thorough technology assessment, create a strategic roadmap aligned with the IT strategic plan, and implement initiatives to enhance the organization's technology capabilities. This includes establishing architecture standards, advancing technology governance, and identifying opportunities for innovation by evaluating emerging technologies.The CTO will provide strategic and operational leadership in technology infrastructure, ensuring that all efforts are in line with the organization's goals and objectives. Key priorities for the CTO include developing a robust cloud strategy, guiding technology initiatives, and integrating new technologies into the organization's technology environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, experience in developing strategic roadmaps, and a passion for driving innovation in a healthcare setting.
